Flowers (British Columbia)

Flowers, flowers, pretty flowers

Did you know that most flowers are hermaphrodites? Our botanists will show us how plants play an essential in keeping the balance of life on Earth. They will learn about their fascinating modes of reproduction by dissecting a real flower called Astro. From male and female reproductive organs to pollinators for seed dispersal and germination, flowers will no longer be a secret to us! And nothing will be wasted with a small tasting of the nectar of their flowers to end the best science workshop ever!

For 30 more minutes, come discover Quebec’s magnificent spring flowers in mixed forest!
